Credit Crunch Effects on Residential Mortgages
This year it's estimated that 1.4 million people in the UK have fixed rates expiring, and these people may be in for a bit of a shock. Mortgage rates are higher than they were a year ago and the criteria set by mortgage lenders are far tougher.
